The following entities are prescribed entities for this part—
the Queensland Family and Child Commission;
the chief executive (child safety);
the chief executive (corrective services);
the chief executive (disability services);
the chief executive (education);
the chief executive (health);
the chief executive (housing);
the chief executive (youth justice services);
the director of public prosecutions;
the chief executive officer of Legal Aid Queensland;
the commissioner of the Queensland Police Service;
a health service chief executive within the meaning of the Hospital and Health Boards Act 2011;
the chief executive officer of the Mater Misericordiae Health Services Brisbane Ltd (ACN 096 708 922);
the principal of an accredited school under the Education (Accreditation of Non-State Schools) Act 2017;
the chief executive officer (however described) of a visitable site;
an independent Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander entity for an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander child;
an external contractor;
the Family Responsibilities Commission;
another entity prescribed under a regulation.
