91 Making information available for Child Protection Act
(1)
The public guardian may, under arrangements made with the chief executive (child safety), make information, including confidential information about a child, gained in the administration of this Act, available to officers of the child safety department for the purposes of the Child Protection Act.
(2)
Without limiting subsection (1), the arrangement may provide for the electronic transfer of information, including on a daily basis.
