320 What public health emergency order must state
A public health emergency order must state—
(a)
the nature of the public health emergency; and
(b)
the area to which the order relates (a public health emergency area); and
(c)
the duration of the order; and
(d)
any conditions relating to the conduct of the response to the declared public health emergency.
