325 Publication of ending of declared public health emergency
(1)
The Minister must publish the ending of a public health emergency as soon as practicable after it is made—
(a)
by gazette notice; and
(b)
by newspaper, radio or television in the public health emergency area.
(2)
To ensure public knowledge of the ending of a public health emergency, the Minister must give widespread publicity to the ending.
