122 Notice of decision
(1)
This section applies if a control body decides to—
(a)
cancel or suspend a licensed club’s licence under section 115 or 118; or
(b)
censure a licensed club under section 119; or
(c)
direct a licensed club to rectify a matter under section 120.
(2)
The control body must give the commission notice of the decision.
