123 Contravention by licensed club constitutes a ground for disciplinary action
(1)
If a licensed club contravenes a provision of this part, the contravention constitutes a ground for suspending or cancelling the licensed club’s licence.
(2)
For subsection (1), it is immaterial whether the licensed club is prosecuted for an offence constituted by the contravention.
(3)
This part does not limit the matters that a control body’s policy about its licensing scheme may provide is a ground for disciplinary action relating to the licence of a club.
