91 Interaction of division with Financial Accountability Act 2009
If something is required to be done by the board under this division as a control body for a code of racing and the same thing, or something to the same effect, is required to be done under the Financial Accountability Act 2009, compliance with this division is sufficient compliance with the Financial Accountability Act 2009.
Otherwise, the requirements that apply under this division to the board as a control body for a code of racing are in addition to the requirements under the Financial Accountability Act 2009.
If there is an inconsistency between the application of this division to the board as a control body for a code of racing and the Financial Accountability Act 2009, this division prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
