118 Requirement of commission to give information or documents relating to application
(1)
The Minister may, by notice given to the commission, require the commission to give the Minister, within the reasonable period of at least 28 days stated in the notice, information or a document the Minister reasonably considers is relevant to deciding the application.
(2)
The commission must comply with the notice.
