119 Consideration of application
(1)
In considering the application, the Minister must have regard to how often the applicant has undertaken to carry on bookmaking in person at race meetings at licensed venues.
(2)
The Minister may, by notice given to the applicant, ask the applicant to review the undertaking that accompanied the application and give the Minister, within the reasonable period of at least 28 days stated in the notice, a revised undertaking.
(3)
The applicant is taken to have withdrawn the application if the applicant does not comply with the notice.
