210C Reporting obligation of owner of livestock slaughter facility
The owner of a livestock slaughter facility must—
for each month that a horse arrives at the facility, prepare a report that includes the following information—
the number of horses that arrived at the facility during that month;
other information prescribed by regulation; and
give the commission a copy of the report no later than 5 days after the end of the month to which the report relates.
Maximum penalty—300 penalty units.
For subsection (1)(a), the report must be prepared in the approved form.
