Racing Integrity Act 2016

This division does not apply in relation to—

wagering lawfully conducted under the Wagering Act 1998; or

betting by and with any 1 of the following persons as part of the person lawfully carrying on bookmaking, or conducting a racing bookmaker’s business, at a licensed venue—

a racing bookmaker;

if a racing bookmaker is a corporation—a licensed executive officer of the corporation;

a racing bookmaker’s clerk.

This division is in addition to, and does not limit, any of the following Acts—

the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999;

the Criminal Code;

the Wagering Act 1998.
