252BO Changes in criminal history must be disclosed
(1)
This section applies if a member is charged with or convicted of an offence mentioned in section 252BD(2)(f).
(2)
The member must immediately give the Minister notice of the charge or conviction, unless the member has a reasonable excuse.Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
(3)
The notice must include the following information—
(a)
the existence of the charge or conviction;
(b)
details adequate to identify the offence committed or alleged to have been committed;
(c)
when the offence was committed or alleged to have been committed;
(d)
for a conviction—the sentence imposed on the member.
