Racing Integrity Act 2016

After the end of each financial year, the chairperson must ensure a written report is given to the Minister about the panel’s performance in relation to the following matters—

the operation of the panel for the year and any proposals to improve the operation of the panel;

the number of panel review applications received by the panel in the year;

the number of applications decided by the panel in the year and a brief description of the nature of the decisions made;

any matters affecting the panel’s ability to decide applications in the year.

The chairperson must give the report to the Minister no later than 3 months after the end of the financial year to which the report relates.

The Minister must table a copy of the report in the Legislative Assembly within 14 sitting days after receiving the report.
