The following are examples of continuing matters dealt with under previous sections 47 to 51—
(a)
an investigation of a control body as mentioned in previous section 47 or a control body associate as mentioned in previous section 48;
(b)
a notice given to a control body or control body associate as mentioned in previous section 49;
(c)
a request given to the police commissioner as mentioned in previous section 51.
