273 Action happening before commencement may be relevant to proceeding for particular acts or omissions
(1)
Despite the Acts Interpretation Act 1954, section 20C, an existing matter under a previous provision is not precluded from having relevance to—
(a)
an act or omission that happened before the commencement constituting grounds for suspending or cancelling a licence under this Act; or
(b)
a proceeding relating to a contravention of a provision of this Act involving an act or omission that happened after the commencement.
(2)
In this section—contravention includes an alleged contravention.
