95A Suspension of poll at both referendum and election
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
the polling day for a referendum is also the polling day for an election; and
(b)
the returning officer suspends the poll at a polling booth under the Electoral Act 1992, section 99B.
(2)
The poll at the polling booth for the referendum is also suspended while the poll at the polling booth for the election is suspended.
