96D Inspection and supply of copies of returns
(1)
The commission must keep a copy of each return given under this part.
(2)
Anyone is entitled to read the copy.
(3)
The commission must, on request, make the copy available for a person’s inspection.
(4)
A person is entitled, on payment of the prescribed fee, to get a copy of a return mentioned in subsection (1).
