129 Decision-making functions
The functions of the information commissioner include—
(a)
deciding applications for extensions of time under schedule 4, part 4, item 1;
and
(b)
deciding applications from non-profit organisations for financial hardship status under section 67; and
(c)
making, varying or revoking declarations under section 114 or 115.
