The functions of the information commissioner include investigating and reviewing decisions of agencies and
Ministers under chapter 3B, part 2.
(2)
The functions of the commissioner also include investigating and reviewing whether, in relation to the decisions, agencies and Ministers have taken reasonable steps to identify and locate documents applied for by applicants.
