17 Meaning of entity to which this Act does not apply
In this Act, an entity to which this Act does not apply means—
(a)
an entity mentioned in schedule 2, part 1; or
(b)
an entity mentioned in schedule 2, part 2 in relation to the function mentioned in that part.
