206F Existing appointments unaffected
(1)
New sections 135(1) and 137(4) do not apply in relation to the appointment of a person as the information commissioner in effect immediately before the commencement.
(2)
New section 186(8) does not apply in relation to the appointment of a reviewer in effect immediately before the commencement.
