206I Report on Act’s operation
(1)
This section applies in relation to a financial year ending before the commencement if the report for the financial year has not been given under former section 185.
(2)
Former section 185 continues to apply in relation to the financial year as if the amendment Act had not been enacted.
(3)
New section 185 does not apply in relation to the financial year.
