34 Enforceable undertakings
The Work Health and Safety Act 2011, part 11 applies for this Act as if—
(a)
a reference in the part to a contravention of that Act were a reference to a contravention of this Act; and
(b)
a reference to a WHS undertaking were a reference to a recreational water activities health and safety undertaking; and
(c)
a reference to a category 1 offence or category 2 offence were a reference to a category 1 offence or category 2 offence under this Act; and
(d)
a reference to an offence against part 2A were a reference to an offence against part 2A of this Act.
