36 Classes of order
For section 117(1)(a)(ii) of the modified Act, the prescribed classes of order are orders made by a referee about—
(a)
a body corporate or its committee; or
(b)
a body corporate manager; or
(c)
a lessee or occupier of the particular lot the subject of the inquiry; or
(d)
a lessee or occupier of another lot in the parcel to which the inquiry relates within the period of 12 months before the inquiry was made.
