38 Manner of reservation of name
For section 120(2) of the modified Act, the prescribed manner for reserving a name of a building or stratum parcel in a proposed leasehold building units plan is recording the name, and the date of the lodgement of the application for reservation of the name, in a register kept solely for that purpose. (amended)
