54ZE Issuing amended environmental approval
If the Coordinator-General’s decision under section 54ZC is to approve the amendment application, the Coordinator-General must—
(a)
amend the environmental approval to give effect to the amendment; and
(b)
issue the amended approval to the proponent or, if applicable, the new proponent.
