54ZF Cancellation or suspension at proponent’s request
(1)
This section applies if the proponent of a coordinated project makes a written request to the Coordinator-General to cancel or suspend the approval in relation to a specified provision.
(2)
The Coordinator-General may, by written notice to the proponent, cancel the environmental approval, or suspend it for the period stated in the notice, in relation to the specified provision.
