3 Declaration of State development areas—Act, s 77
(1)
For section 77(1) of the Act, the part of the State, or of an area over which the State claims jurisdiction, delineated in red on a plan mentioned in schedule 1, column 2 is declared to be a State development area.
(2)
The State development area has the name stated in schedule 1, column 1 opposite the plan.
Note—
Each plan is available for inspection at the office of the Coordinator-General and on the department’s website.
