Delegation of prescribed functions

For section 10C(3) of the Act, the registrar may delegate the following functions and powers to a service contractor—

(a)

the powers and functions of the registrar under section 24 of the Act;

(b)

the powers and functions of the registrar under section 42 of the Act.
