Administrative cost—Act, s 103C

In force

(1)

For section 103C(5) of the Act, the amount prescribed for an administrative cost of complying with a fine collection notice is $13.

(2)

However, if a financial institution deducts amounts from 2 or more accounts of the enforcement debtor—

(a)

the amount prescribed under subsection (1) applies only to 1 account of the enforcement debtor; and

(b)

the amount prescribed for the other accounts of the enforcement debtor is $0.
