11 Statutory bodies that may enter into derivative transactions—Act, s 53
(1)
For section 53(2) of the Act, the statutory bodies stated in schedule 8, column 2, are prescribed as statutory bodies that may enter into derivative transactions.
(2)
The authorising Act for each statutory body is stated opposite the body in column 1 of the schedule.
