103 Chief executive must publish copy of strategy
(1)
The chief executive must, on or before the day the State stock route network management strategy takes effect, publish a copy of the strategy on the department’s website.
(2)
If the chief executive amends or renews the strategy under this part, the chief executive must publish the amended or renewed strategy on the department’s website.
