115 Local government must publish, and make available for inspection, copy of plan
(1)
A local government must—
(a)
publish a copy of its stock route network management plan on its website; and
(b)
keep an electronic copy of the plan available for inspection, free of charge, by the public at the local government’s public office.
(2)
A reference in subsection (1) to a local government’s stock route network management plan includes a reference to the plan as amended or renewed from time to time under section 113.
