126 Conditions that may and must be imposed
(1)
An issuing entity may impose on a stock route agistment permit the reasonable conditions it decides.
(2)
Without limiting subsection (1), a condition may be about the following—
(a)
keeping stock enclosed, supervised or off formed road surfaces;
(b)
erecting signs to show stock are grazing on road verges;
(c)
requiring the applicant to have public liability insurance the entity considers is reasonable having regard to the nature of the activity conducted under the permit.
(3)
If the permit is for land that is a State-controlled road, an issuing entity must impose on the permit the conditions of an approval for the land mentioned in section 118(3).
