135 Additional information for application
(1)
The issuing entity may, by written notice, ask the applicant to give the entity further reasonable information or documents about the application by the reasonable date stated in the notice.
(2)
The issuing entity may refuse the application if the applicant does not give the entity the information or documents by the stated day, without reasonable excuse.
