166 Offence to allow stock to stray
A person must not, without reasonable excuse, allow stock to stray onto the stock route network. Maximum penalty—
(a)
for not more than 10 head of stock—100 penalty units; or
(b)
for more than 10 head of stock—400 penalty units.
