188 Minister may ask for particular information from local government

(1)

The Minister may, by written notice, ask a local government—

(a)

to give the Minister details of an amount received by the local government under this Act; or

(b)

to give the Minister a written report about any function or power performed or exercised, or required to be performed or exercised, by the local government under this Act.

(2)

The local government must comply with the request.
