261 Failure to obey signal
(1)
A person must not, without reasonable excuse, disobey a signal given under section 260.Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
(2)
It is a reasonable excuse for the person to disobey the signal if—
(a)
to immediately obey the signal would have endangered the person or someone else; or
(b)
the person obeys the signal as soon as it is practicable to obey it.
