264 Failure to help authorised person
(1)
A person required to give reasonable help under section 263(3)(h)(i) must comply with the requirement unless the person has a reasonable excuse.Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
(2)
A person has a reasonable excuse if complying with the requirement might tend to incriminate the person.
