97A Stock route map
The chief executive may certify a map in digital electronic form as the stock route map for the State.
If the chief executive certifies a map under subsection (1)—
the chief executive must publish the map, as the current stock route map for the State, on the department’s website; and
the map takes effect as the stock route map for the State on the day it is published under paragraph (a).
A map published under subsection (2)(a) stops having effect as the stock route map for the State if the chief executive publishes another map under the subsection.
The chief executive must, for each map that stops having effect as the current stock route map for the State under subsection (3), publish the map as a previous stock route map for the State on the department’s website.
A map published under subsection (4) must state the period for which it had effect.
