33 Matters to be included in annual report
(1)
The board’s annual report under the Financial Accountability Act 2009 for a financial year must include—
(a)
copies of all ministerial directions given to the board under section 32 during the financial year; and
(b)
the number of registrants at the end of the financial year.
(2)
However, the board must exclude from the copies mentioned in subsection (1)(a) all information likely to identify a person mentioned in the direction.
