24 Administrative amendments
(1)
The Minister may make an administrative amendment of a port overlay without complying with sections 22 and 23.
(2)
Instead, the Minister may make an administrative amendment of a port overlay by publishing a public notice that states—
(a)
the day the amendment was made; and
(b)
where a copy of the amended port overlay may be inspected and purchased.
(3)
The Minister must give each entity mentioned in section 22(3) a copy of the public notice and the amended port overlay.
