25 Repealing port overlays
(1)
The Minister may repeal a port overlay (the existing port overlay) for a priority port’s master planned area by making another port overlay for the master planned area that specifically repeals the existing port overlay.
(2)
The existing port overlay is repealed on the day the other port overlay has effect.
