26 Responsibilities
(1)
The chief executive officer is, under the board, responsible for—
(a)
the day-to-day management of TAFE Queensland; and
(b)
helping TAFE Queensland in the performance of its functions.
(2)
The chief executive officer has all the powers necessary for carrying out those responsibilities.
