27 Appointment of acting chief executive officer
(1)
The board may, without the Minister’s approval, appoint a person to act as TAFE Queensland’s chief executive officer.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not affect the application of the Acts Interpretation Act 1954, section 24B or 25 for the appointment.
