37 Definition for div 1
In this division—
community service obligation, for TAFE Queensland, means an obligation of TAFE Queensland to perform an activity or provide a service that—
(a)
is not in TAFE Queensland’s commercial interests to perform or provide; and
(b)
is purchased by the State.
