149A Application for registration
(1)
A person authorised by an institution may apply to the commissioner for registration of the institution under this part.
(2)
The application must—
(a)
be in the approved form; and
(b)
be supported by enough information to enable the commissioner to decide the application, including the following—
(i)
a copy of its constitution, however described;
(ii)
a certificate of its incorporation, if applicable;
(iii)
details of its current or proposed activities;
(iv)
details of fees charged for its activities.
