149G Notice of registration
(1)
On registration of an institution, the commissioner must give notice to the institution of its registration.
(2)
The notice—
(a)
must state the date of registration; and
(b)
may include any other information about the registration.
(3)
The date of registration may be before the date of the application or notice.
