185 Application of pt 8 (Confidentiality and collection of information)
Part 8 applies to—
(a)
confidential information acquired, before the commencement, by an official performing functions under or in relation to the administration or enforcement of a former provision of the Mineral Resources Act 1989 or the Petroleum and Gas (Production and Safety) Act 2004; and
(b)
confidential information acquired or received by another person before the commencement.
