186 References to royalty valuation decision

A reference in this Act to a royalty valuation decision includes—

(a)

a decision under a former provision of the Petroleum and Gas (Production and Safety) Act 2004 about 1 or more components of the wellhead value of petroleum; and

(b)

a decision amending a decision mentioned in paragraph (a).
